AI Meeting Preparation Agent is built around the idea that meeting prep is not one task. It is a chain of tasks: understanding the company, identifying industry dynamics, structuring the conversation, and synthesizing the output into something the user can actually carry into the room. The product turns that chain into a guided multi-agent workflow.

What The Product Does

Collects meeting context such as company name, objective, attendees, duration, and areas of concern
Researches the company and recent developments before drafting the meeting strategy
Generates an industry and competitive landscape summary tailored to the meeting objective
Builds a detailed agenda with timing, goals, talking points, and suggested discussion leaders
Packages everything into an executive brief with key questions, suggested responses, and next steps

Implementation Details

Built as a Streamlit application with a form-style input flow and sidebar API-key setup
Uses CrewAI to orchestrate multiple specialized agents in a sequential workflow
Runs a Meeting Context Specialist, Industry Expert, Meeting Strategist, and Communication Specialist
Uses Claude 3.5 Sonnet for the reasoning-heavy synthesis tasks
Uses Serper search tooling to gather web context for company and market analysis
Outputs markdown-structured deliverables that are immediately readable and presentation-friendly

Why It Matters

The strength of the project is the workflow separation. Instead of one general-purpose model trying to do all preparation at once, the app breaks the job into explicit analytical steps. That makes the output more structured, more actionable, and better aligned with how real meeting preparation actually happens.
